Chocolate Ganache with Honey and Sour Cream

Beacause one option for a ganache is never enough!


Ingredients


200g dark chocolate, roughly chopped

200g soured cream

3-4 tbsp honey

3 tbsp Drambuie (optional)


Method


Put the chocolate into a medium sized microwavable bowl and process on "Low" or "Melt" in 15 second burst till melted, or melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.


Cool for approx 5 minutes


Add 1/3 of the sour cream, and stir well. Repeat (twice!). Be quick!


Add the honey and Drambuie and stir well.
